esquire cover versions unveiled in milan

esquire recently asked some of the world's most influential fashion designers to recreate some of the magazine's
most iconic covers. the project was initiated to celebrate the magazine's 75 anniversary. all of the works, with the
exception of one, are based of covers conceived by esquire's long time art director george lois. in his career with
the magazine, he helped create 92 covers. a show featuring highlights from his career is currently on show at
new york's museum of modern art.

the new photographs depicting the designers was unveiled yesterday in milan.
