GEISAI 11 tokyo's artist run art fair

on sunday september 14, the eleventh edition of the artist run GEISAI art fair will begin at tokyo big site
in tokyo. conceived by artist takashi murakami, the fair provides artist of all nationalities and mediums
to showcase their work directly to visitors, collectors and other enthusiasts. GEISAI 11 marks the
return of the fair to japan after its debut at art basel miami last december. after its success abroad,
GEISAI will return to miami this year. the eleventh edition will be the biggest yet, featuring 1,000
exhibitors. a prestigious jury will select the top work, honouring the artists with awards. the events
will also feature a special exhibit on the subcultures of tokyo’s akihabara district. GEISAI museum 2
