I love it. Surely even those who say they don't like or don't understand 'modern art' will accept that here we have something extraordinary. And as for the prick who says 'way too much time on your hands' How long do you think it takes to produce a work of art? how much time do you spend with your dick in your hand? Bravo to the artist and to all who follow.

Hey, blogger: it's C-A-M-O-U-F-L-A-G-E, not 'camoflague'.

Pretty cool. But pretty sure I coulda knocked out a few at least as easy as Camouflage 46. That one's kinda lame.

46 and 36 look like early experiments... 16, 17, and 2 are pretty dope though.

I have to agree that it is a great waste of time. But, most art *is* a great waste of time -- that is the whole point. If you keep the mind working towards a tangible goal all the time, it can never rest. The mind's creativity is greatest when it's resting.

That being said, I've enjoyed looking at the pictures, and I concur that the artwork is phenomenal. Someone had said that they made strong statements; perhaps so, but, I'm not sure what they're saying. I see this more as abstract art myself -- it can mean many different things to many different people.

Absolutely fantastic!!!

how in the hey...?
this artist is nuts, as are the subjects. but some of the look fake...
i think that 2 is fake, for example, but i think 26 and 46 are real (the flag ones)

i got 1 thing to say!.......that dude is a mother***kin ninja man!!

This is art at it's best: conceptually brilliant and technically amazing. It's political- the soldier holding and covering the eyes of a citizen; the citizen indistinguishable from the flag. It's personal: the person disappearing into their downtown surroundings - (wouldn't it be great to understand what the writing means?) and disappearing into the busstop- as if they are not there. Liu Bolin's art is truly staggering and meaningful. I'm going to tell everyone I know about it.

It is always eye-catching when a new technique is used by an artist and what Liu Bolin has done is very attractive and political points come across perfectly well...
