'autoportrait' series by vladimir nikolic

artist vladimir nikolic has produced a series of photographs called 'autoportraits'. appropriately named, nikolic has
photographed old cars which have distinctive dents or details. he has then captured himself on camera through
a series of self-portraits where he is making facial expressions that mimic the characteristics of the cars he
originally photographed.

heyy!! these remind me of concepts and ideas of this condition called synesthesia where the sensory nerves of people are messed up... so they recognize (for example) colours as sounds, or sounds in forms, etc... (wiki will help) ... and i read an interview of a synesthete who would interpret numbers as characters... where 5 was the big bully and 2 is the dainty princess... !
