kristina braein in ‘life is a funny old dog’ at: tanja pol gallery, munich through to january 10th, 2009

kristina braeing is an artist who lives and works in oslo, norway. her work involves the combination of wall paintings with found and everyday objects. she incorporates these materials into a context which represents only a slight shift from their original context. the results are large,  three-dimensional installations which seem quite random, but reminiscent of what a decorator or a handyman might have accidentally left behind on a work-site. also included in this exhibition are works by florian meisenberg and francis upritchard.
