natural and digital by txabi zabala


the installation was located near the arenal bilboa

natural and digital is an outdoor installation designed by txabi zabala.
it is constructed from cardboard boxes that were headed for recycling, which have been
painted and arranged to look like 3D pixels in the form of a tree.
exhibited during jetlag bio 09, a festival of urban culture in bilbao, spain,
the digital tree acted as a free wifi point and communal space for the public to rest
and socialize.
