rather than sit in front of their computer screen to play the arcade classic tetris, these designers made the
game real by creating a physical tetris game. much like the efforts of nintendo, this game was designed
to help promote physical activity. rather than just flicking thumbs on some buttons, this game of tetris
requires users to rearrange the falling blocks by hand. two operators run the game dropping the blocks
from atop a slopped ramp. the user moves the blocks into each other trying to align them in rows before
the next block comes sliding down. the video blow shows the first physical tetris championships held at
the luis seroane foundation in a coruña, spain.
