nudgeables



nudgeables is a wearable technology project by kate hartman and hazel meyer that allows you to poke
or nudge a friend from a short distance. the project consists of a brooch and a garter that communicate
with each other using x-bee radios. the user wearing the brooch can send a signal pinching a switch on
the device, which in turn triggers a tapping sensation on the user wearing the garter. the opposite can
be done by having the user wearing the garter cross their legs, triggering a vibration in the brooch.
