toshiba ac100



the toshiba libretto we previously featured is quite a distinctive device, while the toshiba ac100 is a more
traditional netbook with some impressive features of its own. for one, the new netbook runs on google’s
android operating system and boasts 8 hours of battery life. this performance comes from a 1 GHZ tegra
processor that accompanies a 32GB SSD, 1.3 megapixel webcam, wifi and 3g data connectivity.
the computer is designed for media consumption with a 10.1 inch screech that plays 1080p video.
it comes pack with software and manages to measure in at 1.2cm thick. it is set to be released in japan
later his summer.

Another knockout design by Toshiba, I'm impressed. This "netbook" looks like it belongs in an F1 tuning garage - or on on my desktop <grin>.

um, there is more to a computer than how pretty it looks. Size, ergonomics, battery life, external connectivity, speed, software, price...

I think the Toshiba has the Air beat on at least a few of these which helps push the overall technology of netbooks forward.
