nokia recently unveiled their  x3 touch and type mobile phone, which combines a touchscreen and
physical 12 button keypad in a single slim design.  while other phones combine the two features,
most use a slide out keyboard or other method of switching input modes. the x3 touch and type allows
users to use both simultaneously, navigating on screen while typing on the keypad.  the concept behind
the phone is that each input method has its strengths and weaknesses, combining the two provides the
best of both worlds. the design of the phone in only 9.6mm thick, making it one of nokia’s slimmest
phones ever, it features 3g connectivity, music player, fm radio and a 5 megapixel camera that shoots
stills and video.
