bram boo: salsa table

the salsa table by designer bram boo will be on show during the upcoming interieur biennale in kortrijk, belgium,
which selected boo as the designer of the year 2010. the salsa table is a collaboration with vanerum a school and
office furniture producer. the all white table features seating for four people, along with four integrated ipad
devices. each user sits in a different direction, with the ipad placed on the back of their neighbour’s chair.
the design aims to be a kind of ‘platform table’ that allows users to use the devices, consuming different kinds
of media. as part of the exhibition at  interieur, the table will feature ipad versions of ‘design in limburg –
15 years of toegepast’, a bookazine by design platform limburg.
