the samsung MV800 is a dual-view compact digital camera featuring a 3.0" flip-out adjustable LCD screen
which can rotate from 0 to 180 degrees, making any shot possible. the camera has a schneider lens with
three shutter options available and 5X optical zoom. dual image stabilization eliminates camera shake
so that images are at their best when you're ready to view HD video, allowing you to watch them on the big screen
via a built-in HDMI port.
the LCD display is loaded with ways for you to add your own personal touch to the interface such as through filters,
special effects, creating wallpapers of images. the 'funny face' feature lets you bend, stretch and warp the faces of your
friends and family - simply tap on the screen and start playing. with the 'smart filter 3.0', a single touch will transform
your pictures into vintage black and white photos, brush-stroke paintings, colorful cartoons etc., and '3D photo' transforms
any image into just that. connect the camera to a 3D HDTV to display both still images and panoramic photos with
incredible depth and dimension.
an aluminium / magnesium die cast cover houses the technological components, with aluminium buttons complete
the sophisticated design.
selected by the KIDP (korean institute of design promotion) and recognized with a 'good design' award,
the samsung MV800 is currently on show as part of the KIDP pavilion presented at the 2011 taipei world design expo.
