rumbatime: vandam go watch doubles as credit card

'vandam go' by rumbatime

new york-based watch design studio rumbatime has created 'vandam go'-- a wristwatch that functions as not only a timepiece,
but a bank card and emergency response profile as well. the timepiece features a digital clock interface with time, date, light,
alarm and stopwatch options. the water resistant, wide silicone wristband also holds a contactless payment chip
and medical response VITAnumber.

following activation, the contact payment chip may be inserted into the watch in a container built into the band,
opposite the timepiece. once the device is enabled, a user can simply wave the watch at a digital receiver at the point of sale,
for contactless payment at any available location.

should anything happen to the an individual wearing his or her personalized 'vandam go' watch, the band has his/her VITAnumber
printed just below the contactless payment chip. by phoning the toll-free phone number visible next to the VITAnumber,
medical personnel are able to easily access the emergency contacts and health conditions of the 'vandam go' wearer.
