TVR artemis is a concept sports car designed by niels van roij, named after the greek goddess of the hunt, artemis. artemis’ lightweight body and windows are constructed from high-tech engineering plastics. down force is provided by an under hood spoiler system, which takes in air at the front spoiler aiding in the handling of the car. the system also directs air to cool the car’s four electro in-hub motors and the hydrogen fuel cells by which it is powered. the car’s power to weight ratio has been important in the design of the car. it is lightweight because no heavy engine or fluids are needed to power the vehicle, thus resulting in quick acceleration. one of the TVR’s characteristics are the slits in its body that hide the head and taillights which are illuminated by night through the use of LEDs.
