I know a lot of designer with more talent than this multimarketing queen. But, there work will never been seen or be publish. Designboom should be more critic about that pseudosuperstar fashion exentricity. This bag is so ordinary. More visual pollution and more earth pollution. This product will be sold not because it's a good designwork only because this is brand slavery. This is a sad day for innovation.

paris hilton handbags?
cannot believe that you published this.
that has nothing in common with serious design.

this really reflects the state of design in general and designboom fits right in. Where is the renaissance, this for sure is not and many designers and artists working so hard are evidently less designers than hilton. What a shame its not even worth being creative designer someone with no experience or talent will always upstage you. I hope the whole design world goes to the dogs its not relevant anymore and so POP musicians upstage serious designers what a shame better open a pizzaria to design than try to do design its useless no inspiration at all in this world. No room for creative types left we are in the dark ages for sure.

Please delete this article... please.... this is really not a relevant article on DesignBoom.

Paris Hilton is not a designer.

LOL, but seriously, what is most interesting is that design boom has put this up. Obviously its meant to create commentary by doing this and thus making the website more of a community. Paris is a professional when it comes to that and guess what? it alwayse works and creates a buzz which in turn creates profit. Its strange how these things work.
On a final note, design boom has lost another point for putting up non or very weak design related work. -1 >:(

those bags seems to be designed by a five years old child... in fact... I think if a child designs a handbag ...He/she would design something better...

I look at this weblog everyday and find it does have alot of very interesting designers with innovative work, I never bother posting anything but i really take exception to the fact that you are giving attention to this. It is very very disappointing to see this on what I thought was a legitimate design site.

that has nothing in common with serious design. Very bad..
Len   07.14.09
Im dissapointing! What Is this? Low level man, low level..
santiago sevillano   07.14.09
did anyone actually look at the bag first before seeing the name? where you given the chance to judge it for what it is and not who it is? at the end of the day the market is about big names.
OOartin   07.15.09
after that... i think its pretty crap, too much going on, too many wee features.
OOartin   07.15.09
did she actually sit down and personally design these or did she have a designer design it for her?

yes, it'll sell but only because of the bloody name attached.
mb   07.15.09
i quite cannot believe that everyone makes such a fuss about it. fashion is a social phenomenon. this handbag is an eyesore to designboom readers because we hate what it stands for. but the fact that it is talked about widely is reason enough to mention it. every article that stirs controversity is worth publishing. it gives us the opportunity to ask ourselves why we feel so disgusted.
