'facett dinning series' by ronan and erwan bouroullec, 2006

french furniture maker ligne roset will be participating at design miami 07 this year for the first time. the event,
which takes place from december 6-9, 2007 will feature pieces from the ligne roset collection furnishing the
'art collectors lounge' and 'art guest lounge'. part of the 'art guest lounge' will be designed by the french design duo
ronan and erwan bouroullec. the two brothers will be showcasing their facett series in the lounge and will also be
redesigning the ligne roset showroom in miami's design district. the facett collection is made from foam,
without any visible structure or feet. the series was inspired by origami and designed to emphasize the softness
of the foam. the bouroullecs recently added dinning chairs to the line. other pieces include lounge chairs,
sofas and a carpet.
