stockholm furniture fair 08: craft cafe

the stockholm furniture fair invited designer stephen burks and his studio 'ready made projects' to develop a
special installation that would showcase their continuing work in developing countries. envisioned as a
'traveling wagon' the installation showed some crafts burks designed throughout his travels with aid to artisans
in south africa and peru. in addition, the stockholm design school konstfack displayed some of their work
from a recent workshop with burks.
