new york design week 2008: 'botanist' by orange22

for the new york design week 2008, orange22 design lab launched their 'botanist' collection. the project is a new
collaboration with 8 designers (yves behar, margo chase, milton glaser, kahi lee, karim rashid, joe ricchio,
massimo & lella vignelli and clause zellweger) each providing a design that is then cut into the aluminum benches
using water-jet technology. orange22 will also be contributing charity donations equaling the designer's royalty
to a number of social causes. you can read more on the project here
