wrapped around a tramway return curve with a direct, independent access from the boulevard at below ground level, paris-based patrick chavannes architecture agency has developed a plan to accommodate around 585 vehicles in a five-level parking garage with both natural ventilation and natural lighting due to the use a stainless steel mesh cladding. the incorporation of panoramic views at every level of the parking enables users to discover the surroundings of the building.
