hidden numbers clock



unlike most clocks that make the numbers very apparent, this design by mike clare uses polarized lenses
to reveal hidden numbers for telling time. the clock is made from wood veneer and only shows the
numbers when two lenses overlap, making part of the lens dark to revel the number. the clock’s form
is very traditional and illuminated from behind. the lenses are attached to the clock’s hands and as they
turn, the numbers are revealed.
