presented as part of the designboom mart new york 2010 held at the ICFF, these cat cabins
are now available on our designboom shop!

this cabin designed by loyal luxe, made entirely of corrugated cardboard and sold flat,
distinguishes itself through its humorous theme, translated from the canadian style hunting
chalets and their associated symbolism.
         
since the love for paper and cardboard is innate in cats, your pet will surely adopt their
new cabin and will soon call it, 'home sweet home'!

in addition to cats, this chalet is also perfect for all kinds of small furry friends like rabbits,
ferrets, and small dogs.

the chalet is made and sold as one flat, foldable piece of cardboard. it has to be assembled,
but requires no glue or tools. the architecture of the product was done to ensure that it is
structurally sound. once it is assembled, the roof can support a spread weight of 30 pounds.
it can be personalized and decorated - collage, poster paint, felt, adhesives, …

the cabins will bring pleasure to both children and their parents, but kids will require
some help in assembling the chalet.

the two industrial designers graduated from the university of montreal.
