'stitch' by dutch designer pepe heykoop is a family of discarded items found on the
street or in second hand shops. the collection of furniture objects features a hand stitched
skin stuffed with soft fibres.

'sputnik'

'sputnik' is a papermaché bubble trapped in a metal frame. the freehand production
process determines the shape. while the outcome is varied each time, together they
form a family. 'sputnik' carries an energy saving bulb. once lit up its design is reminiscent
of a full moon.

at only 1m² when closed, 'small type' serves as a dining table. when the table is rolled away, the full capability of the kitchen unit is revealed with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven and storage space.
