'simple machines' series

atelier takagi (jonah takagi) has designed a collection of benches, stools and tables for
new american manufacturing company mattermade. made from white ash, 'simple machines'
is a series of customizable surfaces and legs that utilize one material and one assembly technique.
the pieces are a deliberate expression of utility, as parts are married, fasteners and components disappear.
the series flat packs for easy shipping and legs are available in two sizes and can be interchanged
according to your needs.
