a few years ago, french designers ronan and erwan bouroullec were asked by axor,
designer brand of hansgrohe, to work on a collection for the bathroom. their brief was to
create solutions for a large variety of situations, spaces and habitats. the result is a collection of
85 items which includes different basins, mixers and solutions for bathtub and shower areas
which can be easily arranged according to one's needs.

I agree that these are outstanding designs; but this is why designers shouldn't design in a vaccuum. I would hate to have to guess at the repair cost for some of the designs. Also; will I need to use a map to tell the hot tap from the cold?

hot always on the left cold always on the right... every plumber know that.
