london-based multidisciplinary design consultancy postlerferguson, are currently exhibiting their ‘buoys lamps’ as part of the ‘designers furniture‘ show at the russian club gallery.

‘buoys lamps’ by postlerferguon

the neon lamps draw their forms from buoys, typically used as sea / navigation or safe water marks. their skeletal frames expose all of the lighting component, giving them an industrial aesthetic. they are produced from jet cut plywood with a central neon tube, finished in bare wood with painted fluorescent highlights.
