move-it cardboard cart

move-it cardboard cart

move-it is a kit of self-adhesive cardboard parts designed to assist users in rolling around large
cardboard boxes designed by david warwick graham. the design is intended for users without a means of
transportation who need to move large boxes from a  shop like ikea to their home. the cart is composed
of a handle and a set of wheels which stick onto any size box making it easy to move from one place to
another. the kit is very lightweight because it is made from cardboard and can carry loads of up to 20 kg.
after it is used, move-it can be placed in a recycling stream, including the adhesives, or reused for another
load. with this design shops could allow users to shop more spontaneously without the need from cars,
taxis or delivery.

Great idea, I just think it was better if it was reusable... but there's a beginning:)

Congrats for the great idea:)

Thank you for the recyclable solution. (Agree with reusable comment, perhaps rentable/returnable?)

As we all drive less, this solution will be employed more!

With adhesive this cardboard cannot be recycled as it is "contaminated" as they call it. What adhesive is he using? Furthermore how do you reuse it? If it has been used before , wont ripping out the wheel cause damage to "move it"? especially the handles?
