featuring small solar panels on its surface, ‘solar beetle’ is a way for nature lovers to recharge their electronic devices, such as mp3 players or camera batteries, while still on the go.

designers’ own words: ‘anyone who enjoys a challenge and adventure should try to hike at least once. in these days of digital technological change, mobile, mp3 and other kinds of electronic equipment are indispensable items for doing penniless journeys. bit it is impossible to use them for many hours and often there is no place to recharge them. ‘solar beetle’ is a solution to the problem, utilizing natural techniques.’
