designers marcia nolte and stijn van der vleuten and visual artist bob waardenburg are the founding members of 'we make carpets'.
the trio creates temporary carpets from numerous materials and exhibit them at multiple locations. during the recent dutch design
double in september 2010 they displayed 4 new carpets -  fork, pasta, mustard and army.
