As for the work, it's ok. No better than some degree show work, but cos it's been launched in the world of art/design everyone goes mad for it. What an odd industry it is at the moment.
Oh, and as for the photo of him with his dad - what relevance to the work and the story? It shows a creatvie space, but no work in development or anything that means it should be included in a story on the "designer of the year."
