thailand's, anon pairot design studio co. has recreated the iconic christmas tree
for the fourth annual christmas tree charity project at the four seasons, bangkok.

the 'toyota hybrid inspiration christmas tree' fuses design and technology
reminiscent of the methodology associated with toyota's hybrid car.
the tree aimed to integrate the identifiable form of the traditional christmas tree
while simplifying it to balance with life the 21st century. combining art, entertainment,
design and hi-tech production processes while still remaining true to the culture of christmas,
the design eliminates all 'unnecessary' details of the traditional tree,
stripping it back to its' most basic shape.





the three dimensional form was constructed using a CNC milling machine and uses
LED lighting to decorate the surface.
