neil poulton: bag-ette

different bag typologies neil poulton came up with for the french baguette
in trying to find a solution in which to transport those freshly baked, awkwardly shaped baguettes
from the parisian bakery to your table in one piece, without falling off your bike,
paris-based scottish-born designer neil poulton developed 'bag-ette'.
the fun and practical design is inexpensive. it consists of a durable paper sac and a carabiner
which allows users to simply clip the bag to their belt, or that can be easily slung over one's shoulder.
with 'bag-ette', your loaf is always accessible for the defense of honor (or failing that, for a quick sandwich)!

the final design for 'bag-ette'
'bag-gette' is the result of an invitation of italian kitchenware company guzzini, which invited 30 designers -
either french or living in france - to redefine the relationships between food rituals and contemporary society,
reinterpreting the culture and evolution of french cuisine in all its forms as part of 'foodesign guzzini'.
previewed at maison et objet 2011, it will be presented next at the triennale di milano
during milan design week in april 2011.

But this project could be better if you didn't put your research (inapropriate and f*** bad designed!).... But the final is not so bad! And you should draw a bycicle because without this project has no sens! We don't need any bag to carry our baguette! but if we are talking about design baguett and bycicle THIS is coherent!
... Other Advice: You should put a try of graphism on this paper bag it could be a good fashion or communication bag totally in an other perspective!
;)
Thanks for the comments & advice but lighten up ! It's a fun project - C’est censé d’être drôle !
