jongho park: MOT

korean designer jongho park has created a free standing
clothes rack, called 'MOT'.

the rigid wood spine is pierced with over-sized nail-like
forms that enter at variously bent angles. meant to look
as if they were viscously hammered into place, the hooks
ironically contradict the perfectly executed details normally
expected from a designed object.

the wooden shaft rises from a small platform, available in
white or black, that can hold small accessories such as loose
change, a phone or wallet.

the wooden clothes rack is available with either a white or a black base
