dutch-based designer frederike top was recently commissioned to develop a custom,
exclusive lamp for rabobank in utrecht, the netherlands. titled 'caleidoscope XL',
the large scale hexagonal hanging light is made from stainless steel and fits within the environment
of the banking group's 'ornamentroom' in which it is situated.

when one looks at the underside portion of the lamp an arrangement of triangular mirrors
creates a kaleidoscopic effect, reflecting what sits directly below.
