konstantin grcic: entre-deux for azucena

'entre-deux' by konstantin grcic for azucena

'entre-deux' is composed of two hinged curved surfaces which can rotate to different configurations,
forming a backdrop or screen / divider for any room. designed by munich-based konstantin grcic
for milanese brand azucena, the object constructs a subtle dialogue with the already existing objects of the collection,
such as the catilina armchair, fascia specciata table and porcino lamp, bringing out their sinuous forms and finishes,
highlighting the strong formal identity of the pieces.

'entre-deux' is on show at the azucena show room during milan design week in april 2011.
