british designer tom dixon presents a new collection of furniture pieces, within a new space
on the occasion of milan design week 2011. among the latest products to be shown is 'bulb',
an energy efficient over-sized light bulb that is designed to react to the phasing-out of the incandescent bulb
and unattractive aesthetic of most CFL replacements. the quick start T5 bulb is unique to dixon
and the standard E27 thread means that it can be used with almost any light fitting.
the bulb can be used individually or as part of one of three new chandelier frames.
