'colourware' dishware collection, by sebastian bergne and sophie smallhorn


a collaboration of british designer sebastian bergne and british artist sophie smallhorn, the 'colourware' dish collection
uses colour and surface as a starting point for the design process. a diverse range of materials are formed
into simple, basic plates, borne of the 'desire to challenge the traditional creative process' and in so doing,
create pieces that encourage a different kind of appreciation and interaction.

'colourware' is on exhibition at collect, the international art fair for contemporary objects,
running from may 6th through 9th at the saatchi gallery in london.
