the pieces are composed of contrasting shapes, volumes and lines which
make up a selection of furniture including
bookshelves, lamps, service
and work surfaces. these objects are derived from existing objects which
have been found,
deconstructed, recovered through the form of new
shapes.
jointed runners carved into the surfaces of the furniture, allow one to
assemble the pieces into different combinations,
encouraging the
interaction of craftsmanship and technology, remembrance and invention.

'composizioni' is a exploration of the home, providing new visions for the domestic landscape.
the assemblages of diverse furniture objects through the use of joint runners offer an abstract, sculptural aesthetic
while still remaining functional.
