the winners of our designboom competition 'a life with future computing' organized in collaboration with FUJITSU were
officially announced and published on april 30th, 2011.

3354 designers from 99 countries participated - one overall winner was selected, two runners-up - one each from each the
'lifebook' and life-design' categories were chosen, and seven judge's special awards were issued.

the jury was composed of:

- 'the total recall agent' design by shohei nakamura + moon hwan lee + oung wook jung from south korea and japan - awarded by nobuo otani
- 'ecopad' design by yonggu do + jun-se kim + eun-ha seo from south korea - awarded by kimitaka kato

the notebook brings together the individual features of devices like smartphones and slate terminals within a single computer frame. the result is an integrated PC that harnesses the strengths of multiple devices.

lou xiaoyu: the haunted mountain
