kieser spath industrial design: mr. t + lada

'mr. t' by kieser spath industrial design

german studio kieser spath industrial design has recently created the works 'mr. t' and 'lada,' which were exhibited last month at DMY berlin 2011.
with their minimal design and simple versatility, these two furniture designs can be tailored to the user's home.

named after its shape, 'mr. t' draws its silhouette from traditional japanese architecture.
this free-standing clothing rack is composed of a square aluminium rod held in place by two ash beams.
available in two sizes, the regular size features a black hanging strip and while its larger version ('mr. t XL') has white.

'lada' is a versatile system of storage boxes that can be used as a shelf, sideboard or table.
the variations in the boxes' heights and legs' lengths enable the series to be adapted to various environments.
the structured units consist of coated ash stripes in green, blue, and grey colors.
