'sputnik stool' by roger arquer


spanish-born london-based designer roger arquer has created the 'sputnik stool' for furniture manufacturer zilio A&C.
the seating design presents a single piece of a bent metal rod that defines the object's structure and function.
this component also holds the legs of the stool together, offering a strong structure with three footrest levels,
which allow for different positions of comfort.

fantastic, very very nice. just three suggestions; use something other than passivated posidrive screws, match their colour to the rod, and have two per vertical, closer to the bend.
where can they be bought in the u.k., if at all?
