chinese architect yung ho chang of atelier FCJZ first showed 'steel grille' at the fourth schenzhen contemporary sculpture exhibition
after which it was collected by the xiangning art museum. long metal grids are fused together to create a single 'L'-shaped unit.
using only the provided surface area, the center of the structure is inverted and bent to become a table and two chairs.
the durablitiy of the material is ideal for outdoor use. although the perferations make it difficult to remove leaves and debris,
this allows the piece to slowly integrate into its surroundings. overall, the usable sculpture measures 370 x 226 x 226 cm (146 x 89 x 89 inches).

the piece is made from 8 elongated metal grates
