paris-based design duo rafaële david and géraldine hetzel of az & mut have created 'on the rocks' carpet collection.
consisting of three different shapes, the rugs can be placed in any configuration. the floor coverings are hand-tufted
in belgium from linen. the material allows for thermo-regulation, absorbing 20% of its weight in moisture before feeling damp.
for slip-resistance, there is a natural latex backing. 'on the rocks' is on show at maison et objet 2012.
