rooftop ceiling lights by lightboys

'rooftop ceiling lights' by lightboys
hamburg and berlin based company lightboys (jirko bannas and oliver seltmann) produce a set of lights which bring
focus to an often neglected feature of modern interior design - the ceiling. using large format photographs,
the duo transforms pictures of glass and classical domed roofs into suspended ceiling lights. offering an interplay of
illumination and imagery, and redirecting our focus above, each of the photographs are mounted on an ultra-light frame
of only 44mm thick.
