TAF: trotters table and storage for pieces by pieces

'trotters' by TAF for pieces

'trotters' is the first furniture collection produced by new swedish platform pieces. designed by gabriella gustafson and mattias ståhlbom
of swedish studio TAF, the family of low tables and open storage cabinets feature modular components allowing users to change
the pieces according to their desires.

the main focus of the series is the often understated and forgotten foot, the feature which provides stability to any piece of furniture.
here, TAF has worked with proportions, so that the supporting bases appear as weighty volumes, almost like rocks, 'anchoring' the objects.
with feet available in wood, marble or white glazed porcelain, the additional carrying tables made of wood and glass,
and movable wooden cabinets which can be placed at top, combine swedish craft and tradition. pearl white and orange silicone pads
hold the table top surfaces in place.

the 'trotters' storage units offer two types of shelving which can be arranged in combination with one another,
offering multiple display options.

the collection focuses on the often forgotten about feet of furniture pieces
