chinese-canadian designer kitmen keung has developed a silicone mouse pad the size of an A4 piece of paper (210 x 297 mm or 8.5 x 11 inches). the 5 mm (.25 inch) thick surface has a corrugated side with an inward slope, acting as a resting place for small office accessories. the top layer of the mouse pad is an oven-baked polyurethane coating with tiny micro-grids, resulting in a texture which has a noiseless, low-friction finish.
