the ‘sneakercube’ project by pawel nolbert re-envisions popular sneakers as cubes above: cube version of ‘studded louis’ by christian louboutin

sneakercube‘, a personal graphic project by polish designer pawel nolbert, visually ‘compresses’ sneakers into CGI cubes. all textures and materials are rendered independently; nolbert does not sample from the original product photos.

though created more for play than purpose, the project offers a kind of exercise in brand and product identity, condensing the look of a shoe down to its most individual or recognizable factors.
