germans find smoking ban loop-hole



more and more countries are banning smoking in restaurants and bars. most smokers give
in to the new laws and abstain from smoking. however some german restaurants have
created 'smoking points', where patrons can smoke by sticking their head and arms through
holes in the wall. the design gets around the law with a clever loop-hole.

smokers... just how much more ridicule are you willing to take, no cigarettes ca be worthy of this humiliation. couldn't they at least make the smoke-holding hand and head go through the same hole so it wouldn't look so much likea guillotine?
