campanas in discussion and exhibition at cooper-hewitt

on february 15, 2008 the cooper-hewitt national design museum will host 'an evening with the campanas'.
the brazilian design team is well-known for their artisanal approach to designing for the world's top furniture
manufacturers. the event will feature fernando and humberto campana along with roberto stern of h. stern,
giuliana michelotti of edra and the museum's curatorial director, cara mccarty as they discuss the brother's work
and the accompanying exhibition. the exhibition opens on the same day, featuring works selected by the
campanas from the museum's permanent collection. the show will run until september 28, 2008, these are just
some of the pieces selected.
