‘layer chair’ by jorrit taekema
‘layer chair’ is made up of overlaying stratum of coir (coconut fibers). conceived by dutch designer jorrit taekema, the seating object is fabricated solely from the natural composite, a byproduct of the food industry which is combined with latex to form a strong, resilient chair that is biodegradable.
