forum AID awards - nordic design


3xn architects accepting their award

while in stockholm for the furniture fair, designboom attended the forum AID awards honoring the best in nordic
architecture, interiors and product design at the new clarion hotel sign designed by gert wingardh. the awards
are given out by the quarterly design magazine 'forum AID'. this year's awards were given to 3xn architects for
their design of 'orestad colleg' in copenhagen, mats karlsson for his interior design named, 'xile' and
hay / komplot for their minimal felt chair named, 'nobody'. the award show was a great event that highlighted the
high quality of work emanating from the nordic region.
